Vienna, VA (Hybrid) - May consider remote outside of VA
@Orchard LLC is retained by a government consulting firm specializing in data and records management with a goal of assisting customers with strategic and transformative ways in handling information management and data architecture. Our Client is seeking an experienced Nuxeo Developer to join their team for an exciting upcoming opportunity with a federal client. As a Nuxeo Developer, you will be responsible for applying best practices in developing solutions that conform to client enterprise architecture, available products, and development methodologies.
This is a hybrid role based in Vienna, VA. May consider remote for the right candidate outside of the area.
As a Nuxeo Developer, your responsibilities will include:- Developing and extending document management features and capabilities
- Solving and diagnosing issues quickly and thoroughly
- Developing mitigation strategies and scalable solutions within the Nuxeo platform
- Provide technical direction and mentorship
- Solving problems and challenges related to technology solutions
- Collaborating across development teams, product teams, and business partners.
Qualifications and Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related degree.
- 6+ years of experience we application development and software and database design.
- 3+ years of experience developing solutions in the Nuxeo framework.
- 3+ years’ experience working within a DevOps, Scrum, or Agile development environment.
- Experience with developing and implementing workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- US citizenship is required.
- Active Public Trust or ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with diverse distributed application development and middleware technologies such as REST/SOAP Web Services, Java, SQL, etc.
- Experience with AWS cloud applications
- Experience with MongoDB
