Become a key player as a Strategy and Marketing Manager:
Adobe's Digital Strategy Group is looking for a Retail and Consumer Industry Strategy Manager to join our team. In this role, you will use your expertise to define and execute our industry strategy, while working closely with our partners to create an ecosystem of integrated solutions. You will have the opportunity to drive initiatives and key C-level deliverables that contribute to making a significant impact at Adobe and shape the future of the retail and consumer industries.

The ideal candidate is an accomplished leader who has managed strategic projects and can navigate complex business topics. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of the retail and consumer industries, along with excellent communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of retail and consumer goods industry marketing events and sessions, including external events such as NRF (National Retail Federation) as well as internal sales kick-off and conferences such as Adobe Summit.
  • Create compelling event content (e.g., speaker sessions, panel discussions, demo booth) to resonate with our target audience while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging.
  • Work with the Marketing team to drive Retail & Consumer Goods thought leadership content including whitepapers, blog posts, and webinars as a subject matter expert, highlighting Adobe's innovations and portfolio of products and services.
  • Work directly with sales and product marketing teams to build compelling customer case studies that include a narrative of customer's challenges, how Adobe helped overcome those, and financial impact.
  • Work with Adobe's strategic partners (e.g., Accenture, Bounteous) to develop join GTM for Retail and Consumer Goods, ensure alignment on strategic priorities and awareness of latest offering and opportunities, and accelerate overall partnership.
  • Continuously assess industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to advise strategic decision-making for our enterprise customers.
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Strong project management and consulting skillset; including problem-solving, quantitative analysis, executive presence, and communication skills.
  • 5+ years of work experience in a leading retail or consumer goods company, management consulting firm, or digital agency.
  • Functional expertise in marketing or e-commerce, especially in developing digital marketing strategies along with a high-level understanding of the technologies and tactics needed for execution.
  • Demonstrated passion for digital experiences, digital media and cloud technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels, with internal and external marketing, sales and technical individuals.
Pay Range:
$59.00 - $63.38/hour
