We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing strong relationships, and driving business growth within the oil and gas sector.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day operations, administration and supervision of all departmental sales, services, assets, staff, expenses, and budgets.
• Weekly KPI forecast reporting to budget and quote generation.
• Maintain and implement department processes and procedures in line with company policy to achieve goals and objectives of the department. 
• Coordinate market analysis and develop business strategy, including planned inventory levels and service standards to sustain projected business activity with a goal to increase that activity.
• Maintain a close working relationship with sales, service, and marketing management including individual account managers to establish short- and long-term goals and the strategy associated with goal attainment.
• Provide continuous communication with existing customers to understand how the aftermarket organization is performing relative to customer expectations.
• Work with all Premium groups to promote all products and support offered.
• Follow and promote all company Safety and Quality standards and procedures as a role model to your staff.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Needs to be available to coordinate from time to time after hours.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Management.

Experience / Education Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business or related field, or equivalent work-related experience.
• A minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in Sales, Aftermarket Sales, and/or Management.
• Strong leadership skills and knowledge of how to handle problems quickly and efficiently. 
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to liaise with all levels of personnel, internally or externally.
• Must be highly organized and could deal with stressful situations as well as down time.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk; use hands to handle/feel objects; and reach with hands and arms.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may also have to do some light lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may need to travel; international and domestic travel may be required at times and with short notice.
