Become a key player as a Workfront Administrator:
The Pricing Frameworks Team plays a key role in bringing to market the business decisions for Adobe's fastest growing portfolio of products. Our team manages translating business decisions into sellable SKUs. We have between 15-50 active/planned projects being managed at any given them. In this role, you will be supporting our team as the Workfront Administrator. Key goals for this role will be to focus on program management of all requests for enhancement/issue requests that affect our current Workfront environment, including assessment and enhancement of documentation and providing support for the team with the project management tool through data validation and reporting. Additional responsibilities include training and documentation for key team members to become the next Workfront expert. This contract will include a 30 day probationary period.


Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:
  • Program management of requested enhancements/changes (status changes, terminology changes, etc.)
  • Help with change management (adding a new field, then socializing it)
  • Adjust reports and dashboards based on feedback
  • Development and enhancement of user documentation and enablement training
  • Be first POC for stakeholders to ask questions about our team's environment
  • Run weekly sync to help the team adopt and increase application fluence
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Adobe Certified Professional - Adobe Workfront Core Developer
  • 3+ years of experience in a Workfront administrator role
  • Expert in creating training documentation/curriculum required with a passion for process improvement and documentation to drive change
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge with Adobe Learning Manager, Workfront, Confluence/Wiki, and SharePoint
  • Must be able to excel in a demanding environment
Pay Range: 
$39.00 - $43.00/hour
