Unified Business Technologies is a full-service general contractor for construction projects in our National Parks. We are seeking a Construction Manager to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Commercial and or Recreational construction industry, be a self-starter, have strong communication skills, and be able to manage multiple projects at one time.
This project will be providing construction management services for Pavement Preservation and Rehabilitation of Parking Lots, Campgrounds and Roads.
Location: 3 National Parks in Missouri: Ozark National Scenic Riverway, Wilsons Creek National Battlefield and George Washington Carver National Historic Site.
The scope of this project includes:
This pavement preservation project will provide seal coat, mill & overlay and full depth replacement or reclamation along with other preventative maintenance on the majority of asphalt roads and parking lots located throughout each Park. Pavement preservation will be conducted on main park roads, parking areas, secondary roads, and administrative roads. Project work will include, crack sealing, chip sealing, patching, joint and crack repair, mill & overlay.
Requirements:- Experience with pavement and road preservation required.
- Education: degree and professional qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
- Experience on construction projects that are similar in scope, magnitude and complexity as outlined and in an urban environment and involving public visitation and park operations.
- Knowledgeable in construction practices including applicable building codes, applicable safety regulations.
- OSHA 30-hour construction safety training required.
- Able to provide Cost breakdown estimating and negotiating experience and technical writing.
- Must be computer literate and able to open and manipulate Oracle Primavera Project and Microsoft (MS) Project, Word and Excel.
- Willing to travel to each park listed above to perform the work.
- Must be able to provide information regarding the projects you completed and the work that was performed.
- In addition, include project owner representative contact information.
- Need minimum of 3 references for the CMR.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
