You will be the lead project biller, helping to manage two other staff members, reporting directly to the Director of Accounting with a dotted line to the CFO. You will be responsible for invoice preparation, expense tracking, providing billing support to internal staff members, and ensure accurate reconciliations and quality control within the billing function. Additionally, you will help lead the firm’s initiatives to build systems that will support the billing function within the Foundation ERP system.
Background Profile:- Background in construction billing
- Proficient with basic Excel spreadsheets & MS Office
- Exposure to Union environment preferred
