Position Title: PowerApps Developer
Core Hours: 8 am - 5 pm EST
Location: Remote
Job Summary:
A Microsoft PowerApps Developer uses equal parts skill and vision to build an experience to deliver functionality and efficiency to our clients. We need a MS PowerApps Developer who will drive the design, development, and deployment of highly scalable, durable, and secure low code no code applications and services. This is an opportunity to work with development teams that apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise to solve problems and develop innovative solutions to complex problems with user centric design for the Veteran Affairs client. You’ll develop front-end solutions, dashboards, and applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, out-of-the-box SharePoint features, workflow tools, or SharePoint Designer-created applications. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
Must Have:- 4+ years of experience working in an Agile environment to configure, deploy, administer, govern, and test web-based applications using Microsoft Power Automate, PowerApps, Power Platform Architecture/principals, Dataverse, and Model Driven App Application Development
- Experience with designing and implementing Power Automate flows and set up/administer custom PowerApp connections
- Experience with Azure DevOps CICD pipelines, SPOnline, and SharePoint 2016
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI (dataflows, datasets, reports, visualizations, KPI scorecards)
- Experience with data storage, database development, data modeling (relational/dimensional) and analysis methodologies using tools such as SQL Server and SQL queries
- Experience with scripting (e.g. JavaScript, Python. Powershell) and web application development (using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java or .NET-based tools)
- Knowledge of Power Platform security management, solution export/import for Model Driven App and Power FX for customization
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Math, or technical equivalent with 10 years of professional experience or a total of 18 in lieu of education
Nice to Have:- VA Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform Admin Center or other CRM/ERP systems
- Experience with SharePoint or PowerApps migration across multiple environments.
- Experience with using tools, including JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to develop Azure data factory by extracting data, creating pipelines, activity, data sets, and linked services
- Azure Certification
