Good communication with the clients is essential as this is where the client will form their first impression of the company!

To be successful in this role as a Customer Service Representative you will need to be organized, efficient, and have practical problem-solving skills. You will be interacting with our customers daily, having patient and respectful behavior is a must as a Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Good communication with the client is essential!
  • Make sure that taking care of the clients takes higher priority than any other task and that the clients are enthusiastic about how they are treated.
  • Have a courteous and pleasant demeanor whether on a phone call or not.
  • Making sure that the phone is answered before the third ring and that the approved company greeting is used each time.
  • Making sure that Club Membership clients are continually called.
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on any open estimates that are located in the follow up tab in Service Titan.
  • Review any calls taken by the off-site call center, marking them correctly, and cleaning up the job summary notes.
  • At low call volume Customer Service Representative will also assist with the dispatching of all service and maintenance calls to ensure maximum efficiency of scheduling without compromising client satisfaction.
  • Thank you cards for sold estimates are filled out and ready for mailing.
  • Office is cleaned daily.
  • Lock up the office at night.

Requirements:

  • 2 year minimum of inbound/outbound call taking
  • Fluent with outbound sales calls
  • Experience with Service Titan a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient typist and easily adapt to new software applications
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated individual who enjoys winning as a team
  • Optimistic, enthusiastic, and people-centric focus
  • Great problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate
