TEMP EVENT STAFF NEEDED 10/21 - 10/24 | REGISTRATION, BAG STUFFERS, GREETERS, VARIOUS POSITIONS & SHIFTS AVAILABLE | $20/HR |KING OF PRUSSIA, PA
The 2024 Electrical Expo needs temp staffing for various event positions. This is a two-day trade show for manufacturers of electrical, lighting, and HVAC products who are the exhibitors. The Attendee Show Hours are Wednesday, October 23rd from 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm and Thursday, October 24th from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm. Training and event preparation are Monday and Tuesday between 9:00am and 6:00pm
What you might be doing:- Stuffing Registration Tote Bags
- Sort and Stuff Exhibitor Packets
- Exhibitor Registration Staffing
- Lobby and Directional Greeters
- Exhibit Booth Staffers
- Attendee and Exhibitor Registration Support
Requirements for Event Staffers:- Moderate reaching, gripping, and grasping
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Greet and assist guests looking for Electric Expo
- Assist staff with bus arrivals
- Answer basic attendee questions
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- High level of customer service
- Cheerful attitude
