Are you an experienced leader with a passion for excellence, mentorship and a knack for operational efficiency? Renewal by Andersen, the full-service window replacement division of Andersen Corporation, is seeking a Field Operations Manager to join our team. With over 120 years of innovation in the window and door industry, we are the largest replacement window company in the U.S., serving over 100 markets nationwide.
We are looking for a seasoned Field Operations Manager to be part of our world class home improvement company. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining a minimum Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 85% by constantly tracking, training, and championing Medalia Scores with every member of the Operations Team. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Field Operations, you will supervise Field Operations teams, including Production Managers, Lead Project Managers, Project Managers, Installation, and Warehouse staff. Your leadership will ensure compliance with processes between sales, operations, installation, and final accounting for every project.
To be successful in the role, you need prior understanding of window and door installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage A/R collection process in tandem with the Internal Operations Manager.
- Submit staffing requests and conduct initial interviews for all Field Operations positions.
- Work directly with homeowners to resolve installation and service process concerns.
- Handle escalated or complex customer concerns and assist in training new installation and service candidates.
- Maintain and update Monthly Budget and Installer Bonus Reports.
- Support Sales and Finance Admin in resolving HIT List issues and work closely with the VP of Internal Operations on social media cases.
- Coach installation crews on technical capabilities and customer service.
- Audit labor costs, custom trim projects, and breakdowns that exceed expected costs.
- Approve all vehicle maintenance and repairs, manage Samsara, and oversee security and review cameras.
