Barefoot Mosquito and Pest Control is hiring a Manager for Inside Sales as a full-time job in Houston, TX.
 
As the Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of Inside Sales Representatives driving sales performance and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). This role requires a strategic leader with a strong sales background capable of scaling the salesforce, enhancing inbound lead generation, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets

• Work with management team to establish targets for key KPIs and hold team members accountable for achieving individual and team-based KPI targets

• Develop and executive a scalable sales strategy to increase market penetration and revenue

• Partner with the management and marketing teams to increase the volume and quality of inbound leads

• Create and deliver training programs focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence

Job Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

• 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within pest control or related residential service

• Proven track record of leading and scaling inside sales teams to achieve revenue targets 

• Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and performance management.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
