ABOUT THE POSITION
The ideal candidate will be responsible for design, planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Key Deliverables
  • Documentation for processes and procedures for projects.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • ITP, P&I drawings and BOM for heater, expansion tank, fuel train, pump and piping skid.
  • ASME code calculations (Sect. VIII div. 1 or B31.3)
  • GA’s and shop fabrication drawings
  • Long lead item requisitions (pump, burner, valves, fittings)

Key Activities & Responsibilities
  • Design Industrial heating equipment to meet customer’s specifications
  • Direct drafters on project design and check drawings for accuracy
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Communicate, monitor and track progress of vendors and shop fabrication.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Field construction support

To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Project engineering or project management experience
  • Shop fabrication and welding
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in some of the following areas: 3D Modeling (Autodesk Inventor & SolidWorks), Pressure Vessel Design & Calculations, Heat Transfer, Fluid Flow, Piping Design, Stress Analysis, and ASME Code Design.
  • Creative problem-solver
