Responsibilities: As an Inside Sales Center Manager at Renewal by Andersen, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our prospective clients. Your focus will be on maintaining top-tier performance based on historical data and benchmarks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Generation Coaching: Train and guide agents to set high-quality leads, ensuring effective use of our proven methodology.
  • Continuous Improvement: Coach your team to improve daily, consistently meeting production metrics.
  • Methodology Implementation: Demonstrate expertise by handling inbound calls and adhering to our methodology.
  • Motivation and Recognition: Provide encouragement, energy, and recognition for top performers.
  • Performance Meetings: Kick off each shift with a 4–5-minute session, celebrating successes and addressing areas for improvement.
  • Reporting and Tracking: Keep performance reporting up to date, tracking hours and bonuses.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external partners to facilitate effective communication.
  • Problem Resolution: Take ownership of resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction within your team.
  • Follow-Up: Respond promptly to voicemails and inquiries.

Skills Required: To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • Inside Sales and Call Center Experience: Proven track record in both areas.
  • Team Management: Successfully led performance-based teams.
  • Goal Achievement: Consistently met performance targets and developed top performers.
  • Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with computers and keyboards.
  • Multitasking Skills: Ability to handle both talking and typing simultaneously.

Pay Range
$50,000.00   Annually to $70,000.00   Annually
