Position Summary: The Storage Supervisor is responsible for the operations and continued profitability of their CRR Storage and Self Storage Facilities in Camp Verde, AZ and serve as the day-to-day point of contact for guests. They are responsible for administrative activities, property maintenance, financial management, revenue generation, marketing, and guest relations.

• Directs marketing on company website, social media, and networking sites.
• Manages financial duties like, accounts receivable and collections of current and past-due rent, financial budgeting, processing, and reconciling with accounts and administration of pricing and rate strategies. Responsible for proper accounts payable administration and use of Avid system.
• Maintains accurate documentation and reporting by overseeing short and long-term financial reports, provides daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management as needed and managing contracts and reimbursement requests.
• Communicates regularly and works closely with Leadership team, adheres to all company policies, and follows Avendra and purchasing guidelines.
• Prepares annual audit and is a liaison with all outside vendors by soliciting bids, hiring, and managing relationships with required vendors. • Completes equipment inspections with technicians to ensure quality control.
• Handles and manages all customer requests and issues to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Schedules, trains, and retains the workforce at their location and reviews weekly payroll submission and hours.
• Ensures a neat, clean, safe, and secure facility at all times and conducts daily visual inspections of entire property.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
