We are supporting their search for a Infrastructure Systems Admin support a dynamic, challenging and engaged Special Operations customer with the development, intergration, and maintenance of commercial and government software platforms within the larger framework of governmental enterprise software solutions.
As an Infrastructure Systems Admin you will:
- Lead Linux engineering projects, providing guidance and mentorship
- Respond to high-level incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and maintain Linux servers, ensuring system security, performance, and reliability.
- Execute projects using agile methodologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Identify and implement automation and process improvements, staying updated on industry trends.
- Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
- Work closely with other teams to achieve common goals and foster a collaborative work environment.
Infrastructure Systems Admin Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret clearance with an ability to obtain SCI access and willingness to obtain CI Polygraph
- US Citizenship required
- Advanced Linux and RedHat administration.
- Knowledge of Juniper or Cisco, server kickstart
- Knowledge in cloud services.
- Dependable to be at work during assigned working hours and to complete work as expected.
- Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
- Experience with documenting procedures.
