A day in the life of the Cafeteria Aide:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to students, ensuring adherence to portion sizes and dietary guidelines.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness in the cafeteria, including wiping down tables, disposing of trash, and ensuring all areas are sanitized and safe for use..

Requirements of the Cafeteria Aide:

• Ability to work effectively with children and maintain a positive, respectful attitude towards students and staff.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; previous experience in a school cafeteria or similar environment is a plus.
