CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop tools and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our investment and trading activities
  • Maintain models, spreadsheets, security classifications, tax lots, and other data
  • Monitor trade requests and execute requested trades for client accounts
  • Set up and execute regular rebalancing for modeled accounts
  • Monitor accounts for opportunities to harvest tax losses and execute
  • Maintain models and data within the order management system
  • Provide data and perform research in support of advisor research requests
  • Use the portfolio management system to design and maintain client facing reports

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
  • ​​​​A demonstrated interest in financial markets and investments required
  • Strong and relevant academic or work credentials
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High technological proficiency including Microsoft Office applications
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (including advanced functions for data manipulation)
  • VBA (or other programming knowledge), Orion Advisor, and Factsetexperience a plus

BASE SALARY RANGE:  $55,000-$76,000 base plus performance-based compensation
