Agrana Fruit US, Inc. is seeking a Cost Controlling Specialist that is responsible for the management of the corporate controlling department and functions, culminating in recurring close, reporting, and planning processes in addition to support regarding business segmentation, product cost planning, and profitability analysis. This position reports to the Head of Controlling.

Cost Controlling Specialist, Job Responsibilities:  

• Participation in month/quarterly/year-end-closing  

• Reporting for Agrana Fruit US (Division, Management, Department Heads)  

• Support in the preparation of the Balance Sheet with special focus on Working Capital  

• Profitability and deviation analysis (products, customer, business units)  

• Cost controlling analysis at the manufacturing (plant view), product cost planning (product view) and overhead levels  

• Lead, develop, and steer effective inventory and other risk management programs  

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial, legal, compliance, and organizational strategies  

• Commit to act according to the key management principles and the Agrana’s Safety-First culture  

  
Cost Controlling Specialist, Job Requirements:  

• 3-5 years of experience in controlling and/or cost accounting, specific experience in manufacturing environment required 

• High Level of Curiosity; problem solving skills 

• Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and details 

• Very Strong excel, financial modeling and analytical techniques. 

• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment  

• Strong communication and organizational skills 

• International exposure and experience within the finance area 

• IFRS know-how
