Position: ACI Solution Delivery Consultant
Location: Remote
Type: Contract 

About the Role:
As an ACI Solution Delivery Consultant, you will be pivotal in implementing and optimizing ACI's financial solutions for US based Tier 3 banking clients working as the domestic leader for a South America based solution delivery team. You will work closely with stakeholders at the bank that is implementing ACI's cloud solution, the delivery team, and occasionally ACI, ensuring that the solution meets the business need. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, stakeholder management, and a keen understanding of payment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Implementation: Lead the delivery of ACI financial solutions, including system configuration, integration, and customization to meet client requirements.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support on ACI solutions, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation and training materials for clients to ensure smooth adoption and usage of ACI solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements to ACI solutions based on client feedback and industry trends.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including development, support, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in delivering financial solutions, with a strong understanding of ACI products and services.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ACI solutions, including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of related technologies and platforms is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in ACI solutions or project management (e.g., PMP) are desirable.
