Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software QA Tester with 3-5 years of experience to ensure the quality of software applications in the consumer lending industry.

The role involves testing loan origination systems, customer portals, and related software to meet functional, performance, and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for consumer lending software.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Identify, report, and track defects, collaborating with development teams for resolutions.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts (using tools like Selenium, JUnit).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS).
• Document test results and known issues clearly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in software testing in high volume consumer lending applications.
• Proficiency with manual and automated testing, tools like Selenium, JUnit.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with financial or lending applications.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and security standards.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and performance testing tools.
