Renewal by Andersen is the full-service window-replacement division of Andersen Corporation, the largest and most recognized window brand in America.  Due to continued growth, we are hiring a Project Manager Administrator at our office in St. Louis, MO.

As a Project Manager Administrator, you will be the point of contact between our customers and our organization.  You will answer customer inquiries, direct phone calls, coordinate timely project updates and help keep the office organized and running smoothly!  You will uphold company culture while making customers feel respected, cared for, and delighted with their experience.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Generate sold order numbers and order summaries with precise dates and information.
  • Arrange for Project Managers to attend measurement appointments and job site visits.
  • Contact homeowners to arrange and verify Project Manager appointments one business day in advance.
  • Provide consistent status updates and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Uphold outstanding customer service standards, as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Rep.com scores.
  • Record detailed notes and document customer interactions in the system.
  • Support the Senior Project Manager with reporting and special assignments.
Experience/Requirements:
Pay: $20 per hour plus monthly incentives
