Connexure is hiring a Account Manager in Atlanta, GA.
 
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our stop-loss insurance software solutions. This role involves understanding client needs, providing support and training, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
·  Onboarding and Training: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, providing comprehensive training and support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our software.
·  Account Monitoring: Regularly check in with clients to monitor their usage and satisfaction with our software, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
·  Client Feedback: Gather and relay client feedback to the product development team to inform future enhancements and improvements.
·  Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
·  Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and developments in the stop-loss insurance market to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

Job Qualifications:  
·  Education: Typically, a relevant degree such as a Bachelors or Associates in Technical, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
·  Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges.
·  Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively.
·  Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
·  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.

Pay Range
$120,000.00   Annually to $135,000.00   Annually
