Longenecker & Associates (L&A) seeks a motivated Subject Matter Expert - Tritium to contribute to our mission supporting work with DOE/NNSA.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

SME to provide consultation and support in reconstituting Tritium Research, Development, Testing and Evaluation(RDT&E) capabilities sufficient to meet current and future requirements for the National Security Enterprise. This includes, but is not limited to, all activities necessary to support the future of the enterprise with the capabilities, competencies, workforce, and infrastructure needs for Tritium (e.g., Tritium Development Laboratory (TDL)).

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, Business or a management discipline at an accredited university and 10+ years supporting DOE/NNSA work. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong management and leadership experience,  
  • Demonstrated experience and success in business development and project delivery, 
  • Strong analytical and communication skills,
  • Proven ability to work within a collaborative team environment, 
  • Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with industry and diverse client base and stakeholders,
  • Ability to work in a diverse work environment,
  • Satisfactory results of a pre-employment screening, which includes a background check and drug screening,
  • Ability to fulfill and promote L&A core values.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • Extensive knowledge of DOE/NNSA programs and projects, particularly with Tritium. 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience on DOE sites and programs,

LOCATION
Hybrid/Remote - Trips to Oak Ridge or Washington DC as needed.
