Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Longmont, CO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for remotely monitoring water treatment units, ensuring their correct performance, maintaining data acquisition processes, generating detailed job reports, and supporting field personnel. This role will cover regular shifts, with occasional weekend work, providing crucial assistance to uphold high standards in water treatment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remote Monitoring: Continuously oversee water treatment units to ensure compliance with operational standards using advanced monitoring tools.

  • Quality Control: Assist in verifying the correct performance of water treatment units, conducting checks and balances to maintain quality.

  • Report Generation: Help generate detailed job reports, documenting performance metrics, issues encountered, and resolutions implemented.

  • Field Personnel Support: Provide technical guidance and support to field personnel to ensure smooth operations and efficient issue resolution.

  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives aimed at improving water treatment processes and overall operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, and Drive) is preferred.

  • Basic formula and  scripting skills for assisting with monitoring and reporting tasks. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

  • Highly detail oriented.

  • Experience in quality assurance or a related field is preferred.

Education:

  • An associate degree or relevant technical certification in a related field (e.g., Environmental Science, Engineering, or Quality Management) is preferred.

Additional Information:

  • Occasional weekends on call or working may be required

  • This position may involve travel to field sites for support and training purposes.
