Position Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in optimizing our website to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Your key responsibilities include managing website performance for a seamless user journey, utilizing platforms like Contentful, Yotpo, Algolia, Meta, and Google AdWords, and leveraging CTV strategies to maximize customer acquisition and retention. Additionally, you will develop SEO strategies to boost content visibility and organic growth. You should have proven digital marketing expertise, especially in CMS management, SEO, and CTV advertising, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities:- Develop and Manage Marketing Strategies: Create and maintain a comprehensive product marketing matrix that integrates marketing strategies across the website, paid social (META), and search channels (Google Ads, Search Console). This matrix will serve as the primary planning tool to ensure the timely and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate on 360-Degree Campaigns: Work closely with the email marketing team to align product marketing efforts with email campaigns, ensuring a cohesive 360-degree marketing strategy that enhances customer engagement and delivers consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
- Lead Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising, ensuring each campaign aligns with brand goals and customer needs.
- Market Analysis and Strategy Adjustment: Continuously monitor market trends and competitor strategies to adapt marketing plans, ensuring our approach remains competitive and effective.
- Content Management and SEO Optimization: Oversee the creation and maintenance of online content that resonates with targeted consumer demographics, supports SEO strategies, and enhances the overall user experience.
- Budget Management and ROI Optimization: Oversee and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spending and strong ROI on all digital marketing initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, operations, field development, sales, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing activities with overall business objectives.
- Performance Analytics: Use strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across various channels and touchpoints. Continuously implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize click-through and conversion rates.
- Campaign Performance Reporting: Track and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, providing insights and assessing outcomes against set goals to drive continuous improvement.
- Support Email and SMS Marketing: Provide strategic support to the email marketing team, including SMS initiatives, to drive campaign success and maximize customer reach.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and eCommerce, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns.
- CMS and eCommerce Platforms: Proficiency in managing content across platforms such as Contentful, Shopify, Adobe Experience Manager, Yotpo, and Algolia.
- Analytical and SEO Skills: Strong knowledge of web analytics tools, A/B testing, and best practices in SEO to drive organic growth and improve site performance.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze metrics and translate data into actionable strategies that contribute to business growth.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects from conception through completion, navigating tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

- $68,000.00 Annually to $70,000.00 Annually
