Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have an appropriate understanding of Cloud technologies, DevSecOps, Software Development, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to be successful in recruiting candidates in these technical domains.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting top-tier technical talent to fill a variety of roles in these technical domains. This is a strategic role requiring a keen understanding of the technology landscape, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Technical Expertise: Use your understanding of Cloud, DevSecOps, Software Development, and AI to effectively identify and assess candidates with the required technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and specialized job boards.
  • Build Talent Pipelines: Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, technical requirements, and team dynamics to align candidates accordingly.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on trends in Cloud, DevSecOps, Software Development, and AI technologies to better understand the competitive landscape and advise on recruiting strategies.
  • Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial screening calls, technical assessments, and behavioral interviews to shortlist high-potential candidates.
  • Diversity Hiring: Promote and implement diversity hiring initiatives to ensure a diverse pool of candidates in all recruitment efforts.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and maintaining a professional yet approachable demeanor.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and quality of hire.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience, particularly in Cloud, DevSecOps, Software Development, or AI. Prior experience recruiting for Industry recruiting firm preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevSecOps methodologies, AI/ML frameworks, and modern software development practices (e.g., Agile, CI/CD).
  • Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing technical talent through various channels (e.g., social media, job boards, direct outreach).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Tools Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate management platforms.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to anticipate and resolve candidate and hiring manager challenges.
