Title: Benefits & Compensation Generalist
Status: Full-time, Exempt

Overview:
The Benefits & Compensation Generalist oversees HR analytics, employee benefits, and compensation programs. This role involves managing internal HR systems, performing data audits, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The position also supports business process improvements, develops compensation strategies, and administers benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain HR systems, ensure data integrity, and provide technical support.
  • Analyze data trends and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with benefit programs, handle audits, and manage pension and 401(K) processes.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor compensation programs.
  • Supervise the HR Specialist and provide project support.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of benefits, compensation, and HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary Range: Starting salary at $85,000 (negotiable based on experience)
