About the Role: As an HR Generalist at Renewal by Andersen, you will be at the heart of our HR operations, driving policies and procedures, fostering employee relations, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute HR policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster strong employee relations by building relationships and addressing sensitive issues with care.
• Manage employee benefits, including health coverage, financial wellness programs, and employee discounts.
• Oversee Leave of Absence Requests with efficiency and empathy.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR regulations.
• Utilize HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to streamline HR tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of HR experience, with a solid grasp of HR practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and handle sensitive issues effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HR regulations and best practices, including labor laws and employee benefits.
