We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of business analysis and be eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. This role involves assisting in the analysis of business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the development of solutions to improve technical requirements and documentation. 

What you'll be doing...

• Assist In Gathering and Documenting Business Requirements from Stakeholders. 

• Analyze Business Processes and Identify Areas for Improvement. 

• Support The Development of Business Cases and Project Plans. 

• Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams to Ensure Alignment of Business Objectives. 

• Participate In the Testing and Validation of New Systems and Processes. 

• Provide Support in The Preparation of Reports and Presentations for Management. 

• Stay Updated with Industry Trends and Best Practices in Business Analysis. 

Must Have...

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a Related Field. 

• Basic Understanding of Business Analysis Principles and Methodologies. 

• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills. 

• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills. 

• Ability To Work Independently and As Part of a Team. 

• Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

Nice to Have...

• Experience With Business Analysis Tools and Software. 

• Knowledge Of Project Management Principles. 

• Familiarity With Agile Development Methodologies.

• This is a US-Based Remote position, all applicants need to be located within the United States be to be considered for the position

Salary Range: $45,000 - $53,000 Annually
