Executive Director, Impact Ministry Training Center (FULL-TIME)

The Executive Director of the Impact Ministry Training Center is responsible for providing visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for all aspects of Impact Ministry Training Center including the various schools within the Training Center, including Impact Publishing House, and grant-funded initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of spiritual education and leadership development within Impact Ministry Training Center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful programs that align with the organization's mission and values.

The Executive Director's responsibilities are distributed across several key areas:

Leadership and Oversight of Impact Ministry Training Center (35%): 

• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations for all schools under the Impact Ministry Training Center, including the School of Prayer, School of Preaching, School of Worship, Elevate Your Marriage, School of Leadership, and Executive Playbook Masterclass.

• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop staff and volunteers, fostering a culture of collaboration, leadership growth, and professional development.

• Mission Integration: Ensure all programs and initiatives reflect and advance the mission, vision, and values of Impact Ministry Training Center.

• Rebranding Initiative: Spearhead and manage the rebranding efforts for all schools and curricula into the newly branded Impact Ministry Training Center.

• Strategic Alignment: Develop and implement strategies to ensure alignment with the vision, mission, and values of Impact Ministry Training Center across all programs.

• Collaborative Leadership: Collaborate closely with program directors and managers to ensure effective program delivery, maintain alignment with ministry goals, and drive continuous improvement of each school's curriculum and operations.

• Culture Development: Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and spiritual growth within the Impact Ministry Training Center.

• Performance Measurement: Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of each school and program.

• Best Practices Implementation: Identify and implement best practices in spiritual education and leadership development across all programs.

Curriculum Development and Oversight of Impact Publishing (25%):

• Publishing House Management: Oversee the Impact Publishing House, ensuring the creation and timely updating of all curriculum for the Impact Ministry Training Center.  Ensure the development of high-quality, relevant, and engaging curriculum across all schools and programs.

• Collaborative Content Creation: Collaborate with curriculum developers, subject matter experts, and instructors to ensure consistency, theological accuracy, and educational excellence across all materials.

• Curriculum Quality Assurance: Ensure the development of high-quality, relevant, and engaging curriculum across all schools and programs.

• Curriculum Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete lifecycle of curriculum development, including research, writing, design, and distribution.

• Continuous Improvement: Implement systems for regular curriculum review and update to maintain relevance and effectiveness in spiritual education.

• Innovative Education Methods: Stay ahead of trends in spiritual education by incorporating cutting-edge technologies and online learning tools to enhance curriculum delivery.

• Theological Alignment: Ensure that all published materials align with the theological standards and values of Impact Ministry Training Center.

• Market Expansion: Develop strategies to expand the reach and impact of Impact Publishing House within the broader Christian education market.

Grant Management and Execution: Nurturing Kids Through Prayer & Worship Initiative Center (25%): 

• Grant Leadership: Lead the development and execution of all grant-related goals and initiatives focused on fostering spiritual development in children through prayer and worship.

• Target Achievement: Ensure that all grant targets, deliverables, and milestones are met on time and within budget.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Organize and lead consortiums and focus groups to gather insights, best practices, and feedback relevant to the grant initiatives.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Implement data acquisition strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of programs, inform decision-making, and provide metrics for grant reporting.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee the long-term strategic plan for the Nurturing Kids initiative, with specific focus on achieving the 5-year goals.

• Compliance Management: Monitor compliance with grant regulations, including accurate and timely reporting to funders and stakeholders.

• Funding Expansion: Collaborate with the Grant Writer to identify, pursue, and secure additional grant funding opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.

• Program Sustainability: Develop and implement strategies to ensure the sustainability of grant-funded programs beyond the initial funding period.

Stakeholder Engagement and External Relations (10%):

• External Liaison: Foster key partnerships in ministry, education, and community sectors to align with Center's mission.

• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Promote a culture of inclusivity in program design and leadership, ensuring diverse representation and engagement across all initiatives.

• Strategic Representation: Represent Impact Ministries at high-profile events, showcasing expertise through speeches and workshops.

• Board Collaboration: Implement effective communication with the Board of Directors. Prepare reports on Center activities and facilitate meetings to ensure strategic alignment.

• Public Relations: Serve as the public face of the Impact Ministry Training Center, engaging with media, participating in interviews, and delivering presentations to promote the organization's mission and achievements.

• Partnership Development: Identify, cultivate, and maintain strategic partnerships with other ministries, educational institutions, and community organizations to expand the reach and impact of the Impact Ministry Training Center's programs.

• Donor Engagement: Implement strategies for donor involvement and recognition to support Center's activities.

• Community Outreach: Lead initiatives to increase the Impact Ministry Training Center's presence and influence in local and global communities, aligning outreach efforts with the organization's mission and values.

• Alumni Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with program alumni, creating opportunities for continued engagement, mentorship, and support of the Impact Ministry Training Center's mission.

Financial and Resource Management (5%):

• Strategic Budgeting: Lead the development of comprehensive annual and multi-year budgets for the Impact Ministry Training Center and Impact Publishing House. Align budgetary allocations with strategic priorities and growth objectives.

• Financial Performance Monitoring: Implement robust financial monitoring systems to track key financial metrics. Conduct regular financial reviews and variance analyses to ensure fiscal health and identify areas for improvement.

• Resource Allocation Optimization: Develop and implement a strategic resource allocation framework. Regularly assess the return on investment for various programs and initiatives, reallocating resources as needed to maximize impact and efficiency.

• Funding Strategy Development: Create and execute a diversified funding strategy. Identify and pursue a mix of funding sources, including grants, individual donations, corporate partnerships, and earned income opportunities.

• Grant Management: Oversee the financial aspects of grant management, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, accurate reporting, and effective allocation of grant funds to achieve program objectives.

• Cost Control: Implement and maintain robust cost control measures across all areas of operation, regularly reviewing expenses and identifying opportunities for efficiency and savings.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to the Board of Directors, executive leadership, and other stakeholders, providing clear insights into the financial performance and health of Impact Ministry Training Center.

• Asset Management: Oversee the management of the organization's assets, including property, equipment, and investments, ensuring their optimal use and maintenance to support the Impact Ministry Training Center's mission and financial sustainability.

• Program Sustainability: Ensure long-term sustainability of programs through innovative resource management and securing diverse funding sources.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Theology, Christian Education, or related field; Doctoral degree preferred

• Minimum 10 years experience in Christian education or ministry leadership

• Proven track record in curriculum development and program management

• Experience in grant management and execution

• Demonstrated success in organizational leadership and strategic planning
