Sanitas is hiring a Full-Time Facility Maintenance Technician for our Pinellas - Largo facility in Largo, FL. This role is essential for ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of our facilities, addressing issues related to the physical infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Report and resolve issues using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment; complete daily reports through CMMS.
- Perform hands-on maintenance and basic repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and oversee third-party vendors during installations and repairs.
- Define project scopes, specifying tasks, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Maintain detailed records of work progress and any issues that arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree required.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety practices and building systems.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in paint and drywall finishing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a maintenance or facilities technician.
- Budget management experience, handling between $6,000 and $12,000 annually.
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds, with specific vision abilities and exposure to various environmental conditions.

● Proven experience (2+ years) as maintenance or facilities technician.
● Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations.
● Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating, plumbing, etc.)
