The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring efficient management of staff, service performance, and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on budget management, service growth, staff oversight, scheduling, and ensuring that all technical services meet industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, manage, and track the service department budget, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Drive the growth of the service department by implementing strategies to increase business, improve services, and retain clients.
- Manage, mentor, and lead a team of service technicians and administrative staff, ensuring high levels of performance, productivity, and employee development.
- Plan, organize, and schedule all service jobs efficiently to meet deadlines and optimize resource use.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback promptly. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Apply expertise in service areas to solve technical problems and provide guidance to the team.
- Ensure that all services comply with local regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare regular reports on department performance, budgeting, and customer satisfaction for senior management review.
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Pay Range
- $85,000.00 Annually to $90,000.00 Annually
