Description
Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to both shop and field technicians and assist at the counter with external parts sales by listening to customers and meeting their needs.
  • Service technician customers by identifying needed parts, using parts catalogs, computer system. for both parts and field technicians
  • Maintain a current knowledge base of all product offerings to identify and fulfill customer needs.
  • Process parts order for phone and counter.
  • Respond to telephone inquiries from both internal and external customers.
  • Locate and obtain parts.
  • Keep counter and parts room neat and clean.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
  • Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
  • Stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, and walking are occasionally required.
  • Talking, hearing, and seeing with close visual acuity are frequently required.
  • Keying data is repetitive motion and is frequently required.
  • The position is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
Training
We train via Case Web Academy both online and virtual.  Will also train along side one of our Parts managers, for hands on training.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable of techniques of receiving, storing, and issuing parts and supplies.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment such as phone system, computer, fax, and calculator
Education and Experience
  • A high school diploma and/or GED is required.
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in parts sales and /or counter operations is required.
