Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the re-architecture and migration of legacy systems to modern, scalable platforms.
- Implement microservices-based solutions to enhance system modularity, scalability, and resilience.
- Manage the entire software development process, from initial concept through deployment and ongoing support.
- Spearhead creating and launching new software products, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing development team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

Job Qualifications:
- 12+ years of software development experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading ground-up rewrites and migration projects.
- Deep experience with vertical SaaS solutions and understanding of industry-specific challenges.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing microservices architectures.
- Experience applying AI/ML technologies in various business functions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and align technical initiatives with business objectives.
