Renewal by Andersen, the full-service window-replacement division of Andersen Corporation, is seeking a dynamic Data Entry Specialist to join our Earth City, MO office. As a key member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:- Order Management: You’ll be responsible for ordering products for our valued customers and their projects. From order confirmations to inputting cost and delivery details, your attention to accuracy will drive excellence.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with Project Managers, track orders, and provide timely updates. Your proactive follow-up ensures smooth processes.
- Re-Order Process: Managing re-orders efficiently is crucial. You’ll keep our operations running seamlessly.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Uphold our company culture by treating customers with respect, care, and delight.
- Maintain exceptional customer service levels (measured by Net Promoter Score and Rep.com scores).
- Process special orders (NSPR).
- Handle field change orders promptly.
- Accurately log project communication in our system.
- Support special projects and locations.
- Manage purchasing of service parts.
- Review job packets to determine service product needs.
- Maintain service stock and order as required.
- Prior data entry experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong follow-up abilities.

- $41,600.00 Annually to $46,400.00 Annually
