CASA-Trinity is seeking a compassionate, licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in Elmira, NY. In this hybrid role, you'll provide individual, family, and group counseling to help clients manage mental health challenges and achieve lasting recovery. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other providers to support clients in overcoming emotional, behavioral, and social obstacles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment goals
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with NYS and federal regulations
• Participate in professional development, supervision, and team meetings

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Human Services or related field
• NYS licensure as LCSW, LMSW, or LMHC (LMFT preferred)
• Unlicensed candidates must be willing to obtain licensure within 6 months
• Experience in clinical counseling preferred
• Valid driver’s license and excellent communication skills
