European Wax Center is hiring a Center Manager. This is a full time, permanent position onsite in the Vacaville area.

 As a full-time Center Manager at Wax Center Partners/European Wax Center, you will use your expertise to ensure every moment is an opportunity for confidence! Our Center Manager will have the opportunity to develop, inspire, and motivate a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists to achieve their personal best. Wax Center Partners is one of the fastest-growing franchisees of European Wax Centers. We are a fast-paced professional salon service committed to providing our guests with a first-class waxing experience. Wax Center Partners currently operates 39 locations across CA, AZ, NV and TX, with additional centers under development.

As the Center Manager at Wax Center Partners, you will:

• Set and achieve daily/monthly/annual goals for the center and the associates
• Supervise, motivate, inspire, and coach associates in achieving their professional best
• Celebrate positive associate performance and identify opportunities for improvements
• Manage the guest experience and any issues that arise in a timely solution driven manner
• Analyze business trends to schedule staff and manage time off requests accordingly
• Interview, hire, and train new associates as needed
• Own and be accountable for creating a positive work environment that increases productivity and reduces turnover
• Grow and encourage WCP culture within the center
• Provide an exceptional associate and guest experience

• Have 1 to 3 years of retail management experience, preferably with relevant industry experience.
• Be flexible with your work schedule - including morning, evening, and weekends; Able to work 40+ hours a work week.
• Have demonstrated success in achieving selling and operational excellence by hiring, leading, retaining, motivating, and developing effective team members.
• Be highly resourceful, flexible, and able to solve problems promptly.
• Have the ability to build and maintain relationships with associates and business landscape knowledge.
• Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Have experience coaching, developing, and motivating those around you.
• Demonstrate an ability to develop and lead a team that drives results.
• Have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms at all levels.

• Possess strong customer service orientation and an obsession with creating the ultimate Team Member and guest experience.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
