Mission Critical Partners is seeking a skilled and experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team. This key position will oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts and agreements. You will play a crucial role in supporting our efforts to manage projects, ensure quality, and drive success by adhering to our core values of Persistence, Integrity, Trust, Accountability, and Prudence. This role requires the ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with contract terms, including insurance, tax requirements, and state/local registrations
- Lead contract management efforts and apply expertise in acquisition policies and regulations
- Review proposal terms to mitigate financial, legal, and security risks, and manage task/change orders
- Maintain and update contract templates (e.g., NDAs, MSAs, subcontractor agreements)
- Negotiate contract terms with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Track and coordinate labor rate tables
- Liaise with Corporate legal counsel as needed
- Support additional duties as assigned by the CFO
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in state and local government contracting/subcontracting
- Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
- Experience with contract management software
- Strong understanding of contract law, accounting principles, and finance
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
