Become a key player as a User Researcher:
  • At Adobe User Labs, you will play a crucial role in conducting research studies and guiding stakeholders through the process. Our typical research study turnaround time is approximately 25 days, so we value researchers who are highly organized and independent.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:
  • Conduct research studies, ranging from ethnographic explorations to 1-on-1 interviews and usability studies.
  • Understand the needs of product teams and translate them into a well-defined research plan.
  • Perform short, iterative studies and deliver results promptly.
  • Produce comprehensive research reports and actionable recommendations, collaborating closely with the AEM PM/Eng team.
  • Focus Areas: Grouping customers/users in cohorts
  • Org-Personas: (single brand, multi-country; multi brand, multi-country, etc.)
  • Jobs to be done: create experience/content using modular hero content with approvals
  • Group by setup: AMS vs Coud, Sites & Assets vs Sites only, etc. 
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role: 
  • 5+ years experience as a researcher
  • Proficiency in running research studies, including various methodologies (ethnography, interviews, usability testing).
  • Ability to independently manage research projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to translate product team requirements into effective research plans.
  • Experience creating research reports and recommendations, with guidance from a research lead. 
Here’s what else might help you out:
  • Familiarity with Airtable
  • Knowledge of at least one user research tool (e.g., UserZoom, Usertesting, Maze)
  • Proficiency in SharePoint and Office 365   

Pay Range: 
$38.00 - $42.95/hour
