Key Responsibilities:
Full Stack Development:- Design, develop, and maintain both the frontend (user interfaces) and backend (server-side logic) of web applications using React, Node.js, and JavaScript.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the application across the stack.
- Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces, focusing on creating intuitive and seamless user experiences.
- Build and maintain robust, scalable back-end services and integrate with Microsoft SQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
- Develop and implement APIs to enable efficient communication between frontend and backend systems.
Collaboration & Documentation:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions using Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
- Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to the team’s best practices via GitHub.
- Manage deployments and application scaling in Microsoft Azure.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and improve their technical skills.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to maintain high coding standards across the team.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, and JavaScript for full stack development.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL databases.
- Ability to design and develop intuitive user interfaces with a focus on user experience.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for project and documentation management.
- Solid understanding of GitHub for version control and collaboration.
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Bonus Points:- Experience with UX/UI design principles to independently design and implement user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience with DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
