Your New Job
The Position:
Project Manager supports installing infrastructure equipment on telecommunication broadcast towers. The Project Manager possesses 9+ years of experience with installing equipment in the industry.  The Project Manager directs multiple projects from the time the client requests a site to have a bid, through construction, and wrapping up the post construction documentation approvals. 

Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
  • Manages the Field Construction Specialist and Construction Manager on multiple projects simultaneously to ensure all projects are running smoothly, efficiently, timely, and documenting change orders along the way.  
  • Responsible for providing clean, high quality, completed project sites to client
  • Remain in constant contact with the client regarding project production, obstacles, change orders, and potential issues that may arise.
  • Understands how to properly bid a project to meet profitability standards as well as reading the market to push the profitability when possible.
  • Effectively communicates with the supporting teams to provide positive results.
  • Responsible for ensuring the project financials are accurate and reflect maximum profitability.
  • Successfully train and mentor Field Construction Specialist and Construction Manager to provide the highest quality work in an efficient manner while upholding safety at the highest level.
  • Has the ability to remotely troubleshoot issues in the field.
  • Possess acceptable time management, people management, and leadership skills.
  • Continually shows company support by following and enforcing all company policies and procedures.
  • Strives to provide quality workmanship.
  • Proven to be reliable and punctual.
  • Possess the ability to interview possible field tech candidates.
  • Shows positive attitude, works well with his crew, upholds the highest safety measures, and promotes the True North culture.
