You'll work across inpatient, outpatient, and extended care settings, playing a key role in patient recovery, mobility improvement, and pain management. Whether it’s helping someone walk again after surgery or assisting with chronic condition management, your expertise will make a life-changing impact on our patients' quality of life.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide individualized physical therapy services across inpatient, outpatient, and extended care settings.
• Develop and implement treatment plans focused on restoring strength, mobility, and function.
• Collaborate with providers, nurses, and specialists to deliver the best possible care.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises and techniques for long-term success.
• Evaluate progress and adjust treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Montana State Licensure as a Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain before starting).
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• CPR/BLS Certification (Healthcare Provider level).
• Critical Access Hospital experience? It’s a plus!
