Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Psychiatrist with a specialization in substance use disorders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in addiction medicine, with a focus on diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with substance use disorders. The Psychiatrist will work closely with our interdisciplinary team, including therapists, social workers, and other medical professionals, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations of patients with substance use disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management, psychotherapy, and other evidence-based interventions.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide crisis intervention when required.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for patients.
- Stay current with developments in addiction medicine and psychiatry to provide the best care possible.
- Educate patients and their families about substance use disorders, treatment options, and ongoing care strategies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
- Experience in Addiction Medicine is required.
- Certification in Addiction Medicine is preferred (ASAM, ABPM, or equivalent).
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Florida.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- $250,000.00 Annually to $300,000.00 Annually
