Onsite Recruiting Partner, Full-Time
We’re hiring an Onsite Recruiting Partner to join our Hueman People Solutions team! This role will serve as a liaison between Hueman and our client and will be based at our client’s site in Carol Stream, IL. The Onsite Recruiting Partner will collaborate closely with candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams to engage and present qualified candidates, facilitate interview events, lead site tours, and seamlessly manage candidates through the offer and onboarding process.
Duties/Responsibilities:- Facilitate candidate and hiring manager expectations throughout recruitment, selection and the hiring process
- Develop, implement and manage talent acquisition and recruiting processes
- Effectively communicate and provide solutions within Hueman and to clients
- Identify, assess and recruit potential candidates, ensuring the best talent is identified and presented to our clients
- Coordinate interviews between candidate and hiring teams and manage candidates through the offer and onboarding process
- Ensure recruiting process is consistent with the highest quality, integrity and professionalism
- Track and report metrics such as time to fill, offer acceptance rate, reasons for decline, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Three + years of successful full-cycle recruitment
- Proven success and knowledge of recruitment fundamentals and business acumen
- Experience working in cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- Exemplary attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office365
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong integrity and work ethic
- Ability to work onsite at our client’s site Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm required
- Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred
