What You'll Do:

• Engage with Potential Customers: Connect with homeowners who have shown interest in our top-notch products through outbound calls and inbound inquiries.
• Drive Sales: Use our proven sales methodology to provide detailed information about our window and door projects, including features, pricing, and benefits.
• Manage Customer Accounts: Keep track of customer statuses and relevant issues, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Meet Targets: Achieve quality, productivity, and turnaround time expectations.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and useful information using our CRM tool.
• Convert Appointments: Highlight the value of in-home consultations and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
• Follow Up: Ensure no inquiry goes unanswered by following up on voicemails and other inquiries.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 1+ years in Inside Sales and/or Call Center roles.
• Flexibility: Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
