Corporate Vendor Sales Executive - Experienced Outside Sales Manager needed to call on the Multi-Family Industry in Atlanta, GA. Draw plus commission for one year; then 100% commission sales. Full benefits package and great working environment. Background verification required. EOE
• Analyze market trends to develop and drive key sales strategies and initiatives in order to grow accounts
• Manage and strengthen client relationships at the corporate level
• Onboard new national accounts through coordination with local Account Executives
• Interact with sales and support to maintain a grasp on sales trends and areas of opportunity within the market
• National and local representation at industry tradeshows and client
Strong working knowledge of the multifamily industry
• Sales experience with a track record of success
• Excellent communication, organizational, and creative thinking skills
• Must have the ability to create and execute a strategic approach selling to large accounts
• Strong customer service mentality
• Ability to travel to client locations throughout the southeast
