- We're seeking an enthusiastic and skilled GenStudio Optimization Strategist to help our customers successfully integrate and leverage our cutting-edge generative AI tool, GenStudio for Performance Marketing. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our technology and our customers, ensuring a smooth, personalized onboarding experience.
- Guide customers through the setup and implementation of our generative AI tool, providing hands-on support and personalized training.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with customers, managing the onboarding timeline efficiently.
- Gather and analyze customer inputs to tailor the onboarding process and optimize tool usage for each client.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve the onboarding process.
- Create and deliver engaging presentations and training materials to educate customers on best practices and advanced features.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers unlock the full potential of our AI tool in their specific contexts.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or creative field
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in technology-related fields
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Demonstrated experience with generative AI tools, particularly in prompting for writing and/or image generation
- Background in customer success, technical account management, or similar roles involving technology adoption
- Proven track record of successful project management and stakeholder coordination
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box when addressing customer challenges
- Strong program management skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- A passion for AI technology and its practical applications in various industries
- Natural curiosity and a drive to continuously learn about emerging AI technologies and trends
- Ability to lead and influence others through technical excellence and stellar execution
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills to work effectively in collaborative environments and with multi-team projects
$46.00 - $50.70/hour
