Renewal by Andersen of Little Rock is looking to partner with 1099 Window and Door Installer Crews!
We are searching for self-motivated, independent contractors to join our company. The independent contractor's responsibilities include completing assigned tasks with minimal supervision. You should also complete and file your tax returns in a timely manner.

Our Installers prep and setup the install sites and perform window and/or door installations to go above and beyond customer expectations and service!

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:-
Must come with own crew.

Must have a LLC.

2 years of experience preferred.

Carpentry experience helpful.

Ability to work directly with customers and address any needs at the jobsite.

Ability to be flexible to changing work conditions and assignments, and work well on a team.

Must provide General Liability, Worker’s Comp and Auto Insurance

Need to be EPA certified for Lead safe jobs. Not certified yet, no worries. We will schedule you a class and help get you certified.

Background checks are required for all team members working on a site.

Job site trailer and tools. An enclosed trailer is preferred.
