Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:- Preparing/reviewing monthly journal entries.
- Preparing the monthly financial reporting package, which includes the preparation of the cash flow statement, and standard account level variance analysis.
- Executive package reporting, which includes macro level trend analysis and summarized variance analysis.
- Current projects include process documentation of our inventory flows, which we hope will yield an audit program. We are currently adapting internally to a new product line, so we are looking to test our pricing system and inventory reporting to verify accuracy and process completion.
- Quarterly internal financial review and year-end audit and tax preparation.
- Bachelor’s Degree is required; a Master’s degree in Accounting is preferred.
- 5+ years of Accounting experience.
- Software Project or system implementation experience preferred.
- A problem-solving mindset
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
$75,000 - $120,000 Annually
