United Aesthetics Alliance (“UAA”) is searching for an experienced Director of FP&A. As the Director of FP&A you will lead financial planning and analysis for the organization and drive financial insights, budgeting processes, and strategic financial planning. This individual is responsible for providing key financial data, preparing management reports, and ensuring accurate financial forecasting to support decision-making processes. They work closely with senior leadership to develop financial strategies and analyze the company's financial performance.
As the Director of FP&A, you are responsible for:
  1. Financial Planning & Forecasting:
    • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes.
    • Develop financial models and forecasts to support corporate planning and decision-making.
    • Create long-term financial forecasts and strategies to achieve corporate goals.
  2. Financial Analysis:
    • Provide insightful analysis of business performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • Perform variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Analyze business units' financial performance, identifying key drivers of variances and making recommendations for improvement.
  3. Reporting:
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and the board of directors.
    • Develop and maintain key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.
    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results to stakeholders.
  4. Strategic Partnering:
    • Act as a financial advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
    • Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights into their operational areas and support decision-making processes.
    • Drive initiatives to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
  5. Process Improvement:
    • Identify and implement improvements in financial processes, systems, and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
    • Automate financial reporting and data analysis processes where possible.
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
  6. Ad-Hoc Analysis & Special Projects:
    • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support business initiatives and decision-making.
    • Lead or participate in special projects such as mergers & acquisitions, capital expenditure projects, and new business ventures.
To be successful in the role you must possess:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience within Healthcare.
  • Experience working in a PE leveraged environment is a strong preference.
  • 6+ years of experience in finance, including substantial FP&A experience in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience with EMR systems and Power BI
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with different departments.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • The ideal candidate would be located in San Antonio or Austin, TX.

Pay Range
$130,000.00   Annually to $150,000.00   Annually
